Liver Cyst Cleaning Complete Procedure

Hepatic cyst treatment mainly includes cyst opening, local resection and intracystic drainage. 1. Cyst opening: it is suitable for patients with isolated cysts, clear cystic fluid and no bile. The process is to remove most of the cyst wall on the surface of the liver after suctioning out the cystic fluid, and then suture the incision margins and stop bleeding. The cystic fluid secreted after the operation flows directly into the abdominal cavity and is absorbed, after which the cystic wall is cured by fibrosis. 2. Local resection: it refers to partial hepatectomy, removing part of the liver in the area where the liver cyst is located. It is suitable for patients who have cysts with the possibility of torsion, or there is bleeding, infection and suspicion of malignant changes in the cysts. 3. Internal drainage of cysts: common methods are jejunal drainage of liver cysts and duodenal drainage of liver cysts. In the former procedure, the cyst wall of the liver cyst is resected against the bottom surface of the liver, and the cystic fluid is drained. The upper jejunum is then free and transected and the incision is closed. An anastomosis is then made to the hepatic cyst at the lateral end of the bowel wall. In the latter case, the anastomosis with the liver cyst is made at the lateral end of the duodenal wall opening. For patients diagnosed with hepatic cysts, they should go to the relevant departments of regular hospitals as soon as possible and be treated by specialized physicians, so as to avoid delaying the condition and leading to adverse consequences.
