The pregnancy sac drops out manifested as obvious lower abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding after menopause, and the abdominal pain disappears after the pregnancy sac is expelled and the bleeding decreases.
The manifestation of the pregnancy sac falling out is divided into two parts: the period before and after the fall out.
The patient has a clear history of menopause and may have elevated blood HCG. As the pregnancy sac falls out before stimulation of the uterine cavity causes strong contractions, resulting in severe pain, unbearable pain, vaginal bleeding, bleeding and large amount. The patient can usually feel the expelled tissue during the process of the pregnancy sac dropping out, and the symptoms of vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain will be significantly reduced after the expulsion.
After feeling the gestational sac fall out, the patient should promptly go to the hospital for emergency examination to determine the status of the gestational sac. If it has fallen out, the discharge should be examined to see if there is a gestational sac and if the sac is intact. If it is not completely discharged, surgical removal of the uterus is also required.
