A lump in the right lower abdomen may be caused by appendicitis, colon cancer and other diseases, and for female patients, it may also be caused by tubalitis, pelvic tumor and other gynecological diseases.

3. Gynecological diseases: such as adnexitis, ovarian cyst, ovarian cancer, uterine fibroid, teratoma and other gynecological pelvic diseases, a mass in the right lower abdomen may be found on palpation.
