Patients with dialysis indications are as follows: 1.Patients with acute renal failure, chronic renal failure, most commonly patients with chronic renal failure uremia; 2.Consider dialysis indications according to endogenous creatinine clearance, non-diabetic patients with endogenous creatinine clearance <10ml/(min-1.73m^2) and obvious uremic symptoms can be considered for dialysis treatment; diabetic nephropathy patients with endogenous creatinine clearance rate <15ml/(min-1.73m^2) in patients with diabetic nephropathy, also with obvious uremic symptoms can be considered for dialysis treatment; 3. Some patients do not meet the above criteria, but the related symptoms and signs are obvious, and the effect of drug treatment is not good can also be considered for dialysis treatment; 4. Some patients with severe type of metabolic acidosis, pH <7.15, can also start dialysis treatment; 5. Patients with hyperkalemia Patients with high blood potassium, generally >6.5mmol/L, need dialysis treatment; 6. Patients with volumetric heart failure who are not well controlled by drugs also need to extract water through hemodialysis to achieve the purpose of treating heart failure and improving patients’ clinical performance.
