It is unlikely that very little amniotic fluid can be replenished. Because amniotic fluid is generated by fetal urine, very little amniotic fluid should first exclude fetal malformations, amniotic membrane lesions, if there are no two of the above, most of them are due to the decline in placental function, the placenta blood supply, oxygen supply reduced, amniotic fluid production reduced, resulting in very little amniotic fluid, it is difficult to correct through intravenous rehydration, drinking water. Unless the pregnant woman is dehydrated after the fever subsides or has not eaten for a long time, the amniotic fluid is extremely low, and once she drinks water, the amniotic fluid can quickly be replenished. The perinatal mortality rate is significantly higher when the amniotic fluid is extremely low, and the fetus should be monitored in utero and the pregnancy should be terminated if necessary.
