What should I do for advanced lymphoma complicated by leukemia?

Lymphoma and leukemia are the two most prevalent malignant tumors in the hematological system. Many advanced lymphomas are often complicated by leukemia, which is a serious and critical condition, and this article will introduce the corresponding measures after advanced lymphoma complicated by leukemia. The incidence of lymphoma has increased at an alarming rate in China in recent years, and the growth rate has significantly exceeded that of leukemia, which will become the number one blood cancer in China. Many late stage lymphomas will be complicated by leukemia, which is an unstoppable process that is already in the late stage of cancer and causes serious damage to the main organs of the body, even leading to death. What should be done for late stage lymphoma complicated with leukemia? A. The main purpose of treatment should be to improve the condition Late stage lymphoma complicated by leukemia should be treated with combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy, surgery is more limited and therefore not recommended. However, due to advanced lymphoma-induced leukemia in most cases, the condition is complicated and serious. The treatment process should be standardized chemotherapy chemotherapy combined with intrathecal injection, peripheral blood stem cell transplantation, and radiotherapy can still achieve better results. While treating, special attention should be paid to the support of the bone marrow and other basic body conditions, and individualized treatment should be reasonably implemented. At the same time, the treatment of advanced lymphoma complicated by leukemia can achieve better therapeutic results if it is combined with the Chinese herbal medicine adjuvant treatment of ginsenoside Rh2. Ginsenoside Rh2 is the most active anti-tumor component in ginseng, which has the anti-tumor effect of improving immunity and inhibiting cancer cell growth, inducing apoptosis and inducing differentiation of cancer cells to normal cells. Modern medical research has confirmed that ginsenoside monomer Rh2 has a clear proliferation inhibitory effect on HL-60 cells, and its inhibitory strength is related to drug dose and duration of action, with obvious dose and time dependence. As the concentration of ginsenoside monomer Rh2 increased, the HL60 inhibition rate tended to increase and the survival rate gradually decreased; with the extension of the action time of ginsenoside monomer Rh2, the inhibition rate also gradually increased, and there were significant differences between the time groups and the 6h group. Second, nursing care should strengthen the physical comfort of patients with advanced lymphoma complicated by leukemia, which should be started from two aspects: daily diet and pain relief of patients. 1. Dietary care First of all, patients with advanced lymphoma should not drink excitatory drinks such as coffee and carbonic acid, and stay away from spicy and stimulating foods such as garlic, onion and spicy foods, and do not eat hairy foods and seafood. It is advisable to eat more Impatiens, Toadstools, and Field Fowl, which have anti-malignant lymphoma effects, and eat more grains, such as barley, mung beans, bitter melon, oats, sorghum and other foods. The pain of patients with advanced lymphoma complicated by leukemia is the most important thing that affects their physical and mental health, and the pain can be relieved to some extent by appropriate dietary regimen. Ginsenoside Rh2, mentioned above, can be taken to slow down the growth and spread of cancer cells through its anti-tumor and immunomodulatory effects, and enhance the ability of patients’ immune cells to resist cancer cells to achieve the effect of pain relief. Objectively speaking, advanced lymphoma complicated by leukemia is difficult to treat, but patients also need to adjust their psychological state, respect the facts, and face every day that follows with a more optimistic attitude, and perhaps expect a miracle to appear.
