What’s wrong with the brown discharge at the end of your period?

Vacation means menstruation. Brown discharge after menstruation is a small amount of vaginal bleeding, which is considered to be related to vaginal residual menstrual blood, endocrine disorders, polyps and so on. It is recommended to consult a doctor to find out the cause of the bleeding and treat it under the doctor’s guidance.
1. Residual menstrual blood in the vagina: If the patient does not exercise much, there will be a small amount of menstrual blood left in the vagina after menstruation, so the patient usually has brown discharge after activity.
2. Endocrine disorders: for women who often stay up late, under stress or with polycystic ovary syndrome, due to endocrine disorders, irregular vaginal bleeding will occur, and the bleeding is mostly irregular; for brown discharge about 14 days before the next menstrual period, it is considered to be ovulation bleeding.
3. Polyps: For patients with endometrial polyps and cervical polyps, vaginal bleeding during non-menstrual period is the main manifestation, which can be found through gynecological examination and ultrasound.
For women with brown discharge after menstruation, it is recommended that they go to the gynecology department of a regular hospital to improve ultrasound, sex hormones and other relevant examinations to clarify the cause of the disease and then actively treat it.
