How should speed cerebral palsy be treated?

A 7-year-old child with spastic cerebral palsy mainly shows inability to land on the heel of the foot and deformity of the right foot, also known as speed spastic cerebral palsy. There is no point in doing foot orthopedics if it is done singularly, and orthopedics is a cure for the symptoms but not the root cause. Now with orthopedics it looks like the foot can fall down, but in time, when the child grows up a bit, the heel will lift up again. So we need to do a lumbar spasticity release surgery, FSPR surgery to fully release the child’s spasticity. This will completely release the spasticity and allow the child’s heel to “really” hit the ground. A child’s inability to land on his or her heels is also known medically as “pointy feet. ”What are “pointy feet” and what causes them? What type of cerebral palsy is characterized by “pointy feet”? Acute foot is a form of cerebral palsy. Most of them are caused by cerebral underdevelopment, which often indicates abnormal movement and posture caused by various factors such as neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, abnormal intrauterine development and premature birth. Spiked feet, are not terrible, and most children can be cured with the right treatment. Most children with spastic cerebral palsy have “pointy feet”. Now that the child is 7 weeks old, the older the child is, the more mature the child is psychologically. The child may be under psychological pressure due to the ridicule of some people, which will cause a shadow in the child’s mind, so the child must be treated as early as possible.
