The three early principles of “early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment” advocated by the old generation of tumor prevention and treatment experts in China are well implemented in breast cancer. According to rough statistics, 20 years ago, the diagnosis of breast cancer basically depended on the expert’s hands, and half of the cases found were in the middle and late stages; but now, with the development of various modern diagnostic methods, about 2/3 of the cases are found in the middle and early stages, and 1/3 of them cannot feel the lump at the first diagnosis.
