Babies normally crawl at around 8 months of age, but it still depends on the baby’s constitution.
The gross motor development of infants and toddlers is extremely variable. Normally by the time babies are around 7 months old they will be able to roll over on their own, sit on their own for a period of time, and exchange toys between their right and left hands. By the time babies are 8 months old they will be crawling, able to sit up and lie down on their own, and can also stand up holding onto railings and walls.
However, if the baby’s growth and development is slow, or there is a lack of calcium and malnutrition, the crawling time will be a little later.
Parents need to closely observe the child’s dynamics, appropriate guidance, if the baby for a long time still can not crawl, change clothes caused by disease, need to go to the hospital in a timely manner to carry out the appropriate examination.
