Exudative eczema: this type is mostly seen in obese children, the child will be manifested as poorly defined, densely distributed papules, papules, blisters and oozing, when the ooze is dry, yellow scabs will be formed, accompanied by a strong sense of itching. 2. Dry eczema: mostly seen in thin children, will show the face, trunk and limbs appear light red or dark red patches, papules are densely distributed but no blisters, the skin is obviously dry and gray-white scales, accompanied by itching. If a child develops these symptoms, parents are advised to bring the child to the hospital for early treatment.
