Some women take longer to resume follicular development and ovulation, either thirty days or forty days, in which case menstruation occurs later. When there is vaginal bleeding twenty-six days after the abortion, the amount of blood is the same as the usual amount of menstruation, in this case, it is mostly the onset of menstruation.
