Lung tumors generally refer to benign lung tumors and malignant lung tumors. For benign tumors, generally after anti-inflammatory and other symptomatic treatment, as long as the tumor does not develop, it can be temporarily without treatment, which is considered conservative treatment. As long as there is no surgery, it can generally be considered as conservative treatment. For malignant lung tumors, percutaneous lung aspiration biopsy is usually done to clarify the pathological nature and then chemotherapy and local radiotherapy can be administered to control the development of the disease, which is also a conservative treatment method. There are also some genetic tests that can be applied to understand whether targeted drug therapy can be applied. Nowadays, there is also a newly released targeted drug, Anrotinib, which can be directly applied to advanced non-small cell lung cancer without the need of genetic testing. In addition, there are many very advanced lung tumors, mainly referring to malignant tumors, which generally spread widely and may be in very poor physical condition, so that the patient cannot do any treatment and can only apply treatments such as pain relief and nutritional support, which also belong to conservative treatment methods.
