What department to see for multiple nodules in the lungs

Multiple nodules in the lungs are usually found on CT of the chest, as a shadow of higher density in the lung tissue and in both lungs. Compared to single nodules in the lungs, most of the multiple nodules in both lungs are old lesions and benign nodules, usually due to previous inflammation, which are similar to scar tissue left after the inflammation is absorbed and mechanized, and usually have calcified without causing symptoms, and only require regular review of the chest CT.
