What babies eat for good digestion

Babies can digest foods such as rice flour and egg custard well, and if they have indigestion, they need to seek medical treatment.
When babies start to add complementary foods, try to choose some light foods that are easy to digest, such as rice flour, egg custard, formula milk, pureed vegetables, etc. Eat some in small quantities at first and then increase gradually.
If you are a toddler, you can choose natural foods that you usually eat, such as green vegetables, lean meat, fish and shrimp, eggs, milk, noodles, etc., which are easier to digest. Reduce snacks, deep-processed foods, fried foods, etc. during the day.
If your baby has indigestion, gastrointestinal dysfunction, etc., go to the hospital in time to find out the cause before treatment.
