What to pay attention to before and after fox odor surgery

1, fox odor surgery is a minor surgery, local anesthesia, patients can eat normally before surgery, preferably not fasting, individual patients due to excessive tension plus no food, postoperative may appear dizziness, fatigue and other discomfort. 2.Don’t shave your armpit hair before surgery, the doctor will arrange the treatment before surgery. 3.It is best to avoid surgery during menstruation because of poor blood clotting mechanism, hematoma may be formed, you should wait for 5 days after menstruation before making an appointment. 4.Wear loose tops on the day of surgery, because the axillary area should be wrapped with more dressings after surgery, and there will be difficulties in dressing when the clothes are too narrow. 5.There is usually no significant pain after surgery, so no painkillers, antibiotics, etc. are needed. Office work is possible, but heavier physical activities should be avoided. 6.After surgery, the arms should not be completely sagged, at least at an angle of 45 degrees, and the upper arms should be unfolded at night during sleep as they were during surgery, so that the wound is flatter and has a better appearance after healing. After minimally invasive axillary odor surgery, the shoulders and armpits are wrapped with more gauze and bandages, and there will be some obstacles to activity. There are several points to note: 1. Within a week after surgery, the arms should not hang down completely, at least to maintain an angle of 45 degrees. Because the axillary area, although the external wound is only 2 cm in size, the axillary subcutaneous has been completely free, and the trauma reaches the periphery of the entire axillary hair distribution area, individuals can estimate the trauma according to the distribution range of their own axillary hair. If the upper arm is completely sagging, the skin of the armpit will form folds, which will have a poor appearance after healing and is not conducive to postoperative recovery. 2.After surgery, it is normal to feel a pulling sensation in the armpit or to see a “tendon” forming in the armpit within three months. This is normal because the axillary wound heals after surgery and a scar is formed under the skin. The scars reach their peak in about three months and then gradually soften and spread. This is a natural process, no need to be nervous. 3.After surgery, you should take the initiative to strengthen the upper limb activities, actively pulling the upper limb will promote the scar recovery. There may be a slight pain or pulling sensation during the activity, which is normal. 4.After surgery, the armpit area will feel numb, which usually lasts for 3 months to 6 months, and can recover naturally without special treatment.
