Chinese patent medicines for treating coronary heart disease include Tongxinluo Capsule, Compound Danshen Tablet, Coronary Heart Suhuo Pill, etc. However, there is no such thing as the best Chinese patent medicine.
1. Tongxinluo capsule: it can benefit qi and blood (replenish qi and blood, make the body full of qi and blood, and blood flow smoothly), and relieve pain (dredge the meridians, relieve pain). Used for angina pectoris of coronary heart disease belonging to the cardiac qi deficiency, blood stasis and collaterals obstruction evidence, symptomatic chest tightness, tingling, fixed and immobile, palpitations (heartbeat accelerated, often accompanied by panic), shortness of breath and fatigue.
Tongxinluo Capsules are forbidden for hemorrhagic disorders, pregnant women and women during menstruation, as well as Yin deficiency and fire exuberance (deficiency of Yin and essence in the body, and hyperactivity of deficiency fire) type of stroke. Patients who have stomach discomfort should take Tongxinluo Capsules after meals.
2. 3. Coronary Heart Suha Pill: It can regulate qi, broaden the chest and relieve pain. It is used for chest paralysis caused by cold condensation and stagnation of qi and impassability of the heart veins, symptomatic chest tightness and pain in the anterior region of the heart; people with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with the above symptoms. Contraindicated for pregnant women; caution for those with yin deficiency and fire; contraindicated for those who are allergic to this drug and its ingredients.
