An endovascular fistula for uremia cannot be injected at three points.
The dialysis endocardial fistula of uremia patients is the body’s own arteriovenous endocardial fistula, which is one of the important vascular pathways for hemodialysis. Uremic patients’ dialysis endovascular fistula can not be injected, injection infusion easily cause arteriovenous fistula, vascular endothelial cell injury formation of thrombus, blocking the arteriovenous fistula, so that the arteriovenous endovascular fistula malfunction, affecting the use of dialysis, resulting in adverse consequences.
In addition, patients with uremia dialysis endovascular fistula on the same side of the limbs usually should pay attention to keep warm, avoid strenuous exercise, avoid taking heavy objects, avoid endovascular fistula pressure; endovascular fistula on the same side of the arm should be kept clean, to reduce the risk of infection; endovascular fistula side of the itchy skin, avoid scratching.
If the fistula occurs bleeding, hematoma, vascular murmur weakened or disappeared, it is recommended to go to the hospital in a timely manner, under the guidance of the doctor to clarify the cause of the disease as early as possible, so as not to delay the condition.
