How to improve diastolic blood pressure below 60

The normal range of diastolic blood pressure is 60~89mmHg, lower than 60mmHg can be divided into physiological and pathological, physiological without special treatment; pathological common acute myocardial infarction, need to implant a stent, take aspirin, atorvastatin and other medications; hemorrhagic shock need to correct the primary disease, intravenous rehydration, the use of blood pressure-raising medications; blood pressure lowering drugs need to be adjusted to the hospital medication overdose.
1. Physiological: such as children, the elderly and frail women and other healthy people, blood pressure can be low, no other diseases, generally a normal phenomenon, without special treatment, usually pay attention to strengthen the nutrition.
2. Pathologic:
(1) Acute myocardial infarction: myocardial necrosis leads to a decrease in cardiac output, which can lead to a decrease in effective circulating blood volume and a decrease in blood pressure, and it is necessary to go to the hospital as soon as possible for implantation of a cardiac stent, and to take anti-platelet aggregation and lipid-lowering drugs such as aspirin and atorvastatin according to the doctor’s instructions.
(2) Hemorrhagic shock: such as hemorrhage, allergy, diarrhea, vomiting, massive dehydration and other causes of hypotension, diastolic blood pressure can be less than 60mmHg, patients with dizziness, pallor or even fainting, need to correct the original disease, timely intravenous fluid expansion, the use of dopamine, norepinephrine and other blood pressure-raising drugs.
(3) Overdose of antihypertensive drugs: When hypertensive patients take too much antihypertensive drugs, the diastolic blood pressure can be lower than 60mmHg, accompanied by dizziness, blurred vision, etc. Generally, it is necessary to stop taking antihypertensive drugs and go to the hospital to adjust the antihypertensive drugs.
If the patient’s diastolic blood pressure is lower than 60mmHg, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time, to clarify the cause and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment.
