Patients with otolithiasis can be treated with otolith repositioning; patients with Meniere’s syndrome can use mannitol to reduce edema.
3. Cerebrovascular diseases: Cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction may lead to increased intracranial pressure and vomiting symptoms. Mannitol, furosemide and other drugs can be used to reduce cranial pressure; patients with cerebral hemorrhage can be small bone window craniotomy hematoma removal surgery if necessary; patients with cerebral infarction can also be treated with butylphthalide, ozagrel sodium.
Vomiting may also be caused by liver and gallbladder disease, pancreatitis and other causes, need to go to the hospital for further examination of brain CT, gastroscopy, abdominal ultrasound and other items to find the cause of the treatment under the guidance of the doctor, do not recommend self-medication.
