1. Distant Gazing Method: Find a grass or green tree 10 meters away, concentrate on gazing for 25 seconds, and recognize the outline of grass or leaves; then put your left palm slightly higher than 30 cm in front of your eyes, and look at the palm lines one by one, from head to tail, for about 5 seconds; after you finish looking at the palm lines, you will gaze at the grass or leaves in the distance for another 25 seconds, and then look at the palm lines again. It can relieve visual fatigue.
2. Eye movement: the eyeballs up, down, left, right for meter-shaped running, the speed should not be too fast, about 10 times, you can carry out a few more times a day. It can relieve or eliminate ciliary muscle tension and reduce eye fatigue.
3. Massage: patients can choose to sit and lie down, gentle, slow massage of acupuncture points around the eyes, to promote the expansion of blood vessels in the eyes, can improve the regulation of eye muscles to reduce ciliary muscle spasm, relieve visual fatigue.
It is recommended to participate in outdoor sports, which can increase the opportunity to look into the distance, so that the tired ciliary muscle has more rest time. Pay attention to the diet light. Eat less greasy spicy, sweet food, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.
