The development of malignant tumors is based on the human immune system and its external environmental factors under the combined effect of a mutated cell overgrowth brought about by the disease, is a systemic disease. Therefore, the treatment of tumors will not produce immediate results like antibiotics against sensitive flora, but is a comprehensive adjustment process, which requires the reconstruction of the autoimmune system, a good mindset of the patient, and in particular, no quick success. The whole treatment process of “DC+CIK tumor biotherapy” is divided into three parts: collection of mononuclear cells from peripheral blood of the patient, in vitro induction and transfusion. 1. Collect single nucleus cells from patients’ peripheral blood and send them to specialized GMP laboratory for in vitro cultivation and induction, in order to obtain mature DC cells with tumor cell recognition ability and more CIK cells with more activity and killing power; 2. Infuse these two types of cells back into patients’ body as if they were on drip, and use them to kill tumor cells specifically, which is safe and without toxic side effects; 3. Activate human immune mechanism, improve human immunity, effectively remove the residual tumor cells in the patient’s body to transfer the tiny foci, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling tumor growth, preventing tumor recurrence, metastasis and deterioration, and to achieve the multiple goals of prolonging the patient’s survival period and improving the patient’s quality of life rapidly.
