According to China’s Chronic Hepatitis B Prevention and Treatment Guidelines, the following recommendations are made for the treatment of female chronic hepatitis B patients of childbearing age: 1. Female chronic hepatitis B patients of childbearing age can be treated with interferon or nucleoside (acid) analogs if there are indications for treatment and if they are not pregnant, but they can not become pregnant during the period of treatment; 2. Pregnant patients who experience pregnancy during the course of oral antiviral treatment can continue to be used if they are being treated with lamivudine; for other medications, they need to terminate the pregnancy or discontinue the drugs, but they need to pay attention to the rebound of the condition after discontinuation of the medication; 3. Hepatitis B activity occurs in pregnant women and can be treated with lamivudine.
