How to use topical herbal medicines for psoriasis

Psoriasis should follow the different stages of progressive, quiescent and receding phases, and the efficacy should go from moderate to potent and then moderate; the concentration should go from low to high and then decrease in a cyclic pattern to avoid stimulating new rashes due to isomorphic reactions. The progressive and receding phases of psoriasis and the migration between types may all belong to the pre-stable or unstable phase of psoriasis. In the choice of topical dosage form, you should try to choose non-irritating single ointment or scented wax cream, and some even use only some powder, lotion or no rubbing topical medicine. Acute progressive psoriasis prohibits ultraviolet radiation or the use of strong topical medication. The concentration of topical medication increases gradually from low to high. The color of the lesions is red, in a sensitive period with soothing non-stimulating topical drugs, bathing should be moderate, the water temperature should not be too high, prohibit hot water scalding, do not rub too much, peel off the scales. Those with limited lesions can be treated with topical drugs alone, while those with extensive lesions are given regular systemic treatment.
