1. Different nature: lung cyst is a benign lesion caused by congenital developmental disorder, while lung cancer is a malignant lesion caused by environment and hereditary factors, with strong invasiveness and metastasis.
2. Treatment plan: small-sized lung cysts without obvious clinical symptoms do not need treatment, and regular follow-up examinations are sufficient; only large-sized lung cysts with pain, cough and other manifestations need to be surgically resected, and most of them can be cured after surgery.
