Stem cell transplantation is mainly used to treat malignant hematologic diseases as well as non-malignant hematologic diseases. Generalized bone pain after transplantation is usually related to physiological factors or pathological factors such as nerve pain or cancer metastasis, and general treatment or medication should be taken according to the causes. 1. Physiological factors: most patients may have rejection reaction after stem cell transplantation, which may lead to generalized bone pain in the early stage; there may also be hematopoietic recovery and cell growth, which may also lead to bone pain. These situations generally do not require special treatment, but need further close observation, and the symptoms may be relieved with time. 2. Pathologic factors (1) Nerve pain: it may be related to post-transplant infection. Oral aspirin tablets and ibuprofen extended-release tablets may be prescribed for pain relief. (2) Tumor cell infiltration: after stem cell transplantation if the effect is not good, malignant hematologic diseases can proliferate rapidly in the bone marrow, resulting in bone pain. Further chemotherapy may be needed. Bone pain all over the body after stem cell transplantation, it is recommended to clarify the cause before targeted treatment, if medication is needed, it should be strictly in accordance with the doctor’s requirements, and should not be taken without authorization. After transplantation, regular observation should be made, and if there is any adverse reaction, prompt medical attention is needed.
