What to look for in a nucleic acid

The main thing you need to do when getting a nucleic acid is to protect yourself from infections, and also pay attention to your diet and other things before getting a nucleic acid.

Specific instructions are as follows:

1. Avoid eating within two hours before doing nucleic acid, so as not to stimulate the throat during sampling to cause nausea and vomiting, and it is best not to smoke or drink for 30 minutes before sampling.

2. Do not touch the front end of the swab for test paper sampling with your hands or other objects.

3. Wear a mask correctly throughout the waiting period, and prepare a spare mask at the same time. Keep a distance of more than 1 meter per person and do not crowd or talk to each other.

4. Remove the mask and place it in your pocket when taking a throat swab. Immediately after collecting the sample, wash your hands or wipe them with non-rinse alcohol, put on the spare mask, and put the discarded mask into the designated medical trash can.

5. Leave promptly after sampling and avoid staying in places where people gather.
