Is there a miracle cure for bedwetting in children?

There is no such thing as a miracle cure for children’s bedwetting. Children’s bedwetting needs to be treated by identification and typing, and at present, it is mainly divided into the type of renal qi unsolidity, which is often treated with the addition and subtraction of Cuscuta chinensis; the type of spleen and lung qi deficiency, which is often treated with tonifying the middle-age and benefiting the qi and shrinking the spring pills; and the type of damp-heat in the liver, which is often treated with the addition and subtraction of Longguan Diarrhea Liver Tang. 1. Kidney qi failure: manifested as frequent bedwetting in sleep, or even several times a night, clear and long urine, feeling bedwetting only after waking up, tiredness and fatigue, poor intelligence. Cuscuta Radix is recommended to be added and reduced. Contraindications are not clear. 2. Spleen and lung qi deficiency: frequent bedwetting in sleep, shortness of breath, less speech, tiredness, lack of radiance, sweating, poor appetite, unformed stools. The formula is tonifying the middle and benefiting the vital energy, combining with Shrinking Spring Pill. It is not recommended for those who have internal heat. 3. Damp-heat in the liver meridian: manifested as frequent bedwetting in sleep, yellow urine and low urine volume, foul urine odor, irritable mood, easy to be irritable, teeth grinding in bed at night. Choose Gentian Diarrhea Liver Tang plus reduction. It is not suitable for evidence of deficiency of spleen and stomach (spleen and stomach weak and cold) and deficiency of yin and hyperactivity of yang (deficiency of yin fluid and hyperactivity of yang). Chinese medicines or proprietary Chinese medicines need to be used under the guidance of a Chinese doctor to identify the symptoms, and individuals should not use them blindly to avoid adverse consequences.
