Dizziness, black eyes, what to look out for

Dizziness and black eyes should be alert to hypoglycemia, postural hypotension, transient cerebral ischemia and other diseases.
1. Hypoglycemia: it is a group of clinical syndromes caused by multiple causes of reduced plasma glucose levels. It can lead to palpitations, anxiety, tremor, dizziness, black eyes and other symptoms, and in serious cases, it can lead to coma.
2. Postural hypotension: It means that when the patient is in lying or squatting position, he/she suddenly gets up quickly, and due to the fast and violent speed of getting up, the emergence of postural hypotension leads to insufficient cerebral perfusion, which will cause transient dizziness and black eye symptoms.
3. Transient cerebral ischemia: It is common in the elderly with underlying diseases such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus and hypertension. It is easy to cause transient cerebral ischemic attack, thus causing dizziness, black eyes, sensory impairment and other uncomfortable symptoms.
As there are many causes of dizziness and black eyes, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time to improve the examination and carry out reasonable treatment after clarifying the specific causes of the disease.
