What’s wrong with too much male semen?

High sperm count may be normal, or due to increased secretion of gonadotropins, inflammatory reaction, etc.
1. Normal phenomenon: If you have not had sex for a long time before, when you have sex again, you will show a high sperm volume, which is usually a normal phenomenon, generally with the increase in the number of times of sex, the volume of spermatozoa can be gradually restored to the normal level.
2. Increased secretion of gonadotropins: This is often seen in boys with precocious puberty, as the hypothalamus-pituitary axis in the body is too hyperactive, it will secrete a large amount of gonadotropins, which will promote the secretion of testosterone by testicular mesenchymal cells, resulting in an increase in spermatozoa volume.
3. Inflammatory reaction: under normal circumstances, spermatozoa are produced by the testes and matured through the nutrition of epididymal fluid, which will be temporarily stored in the seminal vesicles, and will be discharged from the body when sexual intercourse takes place. If inflammation exists, such as chronic prostatitis, can be accompanied by the production of inflammatory secretions, the process of sperm discharge, sperm will be mixed with inflammatory secretions, from the urethra discharged from the body, resulting in the illusion of more sperm.
There are many other reasons why men have too much semen, such as increased androgen levels. Prompt medical attention is recommended.
