What’s wrong with high diastolic blood pressure and renal insufficiency?

High diastolic blood pressure and renal insufficiency may be high diastolic blood pressure combined with renal insufficiency or high diastolic blood pressure leading to renal insufficiency, or renal insufficiency leading to high diastolic blood pressure. 1. High diastolic blood pressure combined with renal insufficiency: the patient himself has high blood pressure, high diastolic blood pressure, and at the same time combined with renal diseases, such as glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome and so on leading to renal insufficiency. 2. High diastolic blood pressure leading to renal insufficiency: High diastolic blood pressure may lead to a decrease in the amount of blood pumped out by the heart, which reduces the blood flow to the kidneys, and thus may lead to renal insufficiency. 3. High diastolic blood pressure due to renal insufficiency: patients with renal insufficiency may have water-sodium retention, increased renin-angiotensin and/or insufficient production of certain vasodilating factors leading to elevated blood pressure, high diastolic blood pressure and renal insufficiency. If the patient has high diastolic blood pressure and renal insufficiency, it is recommended to go to the regular hospital for timely consultation, improve the examination to clarify the cause of the disease, and then give targeted treatment or therapy under the guidance of the doctor.
