There are two ways to identify woolly boils, mainly based on the purple-black dots of the disease seen in the precordial area and at the sweat pores on the back. 1. Directly prick the purple-black rash dots with a needle; if no bleeding is seen and a woolly substance can be picked out, it means it is a woolly boil; if only bleeding is seen and no woolly substance is seen, it is not a woolly boil. 2. You can press these purple-black dots with the nose of the needle, if there is a hard resistance feeling during the pressing process, and the place pressed is sunken but not standing up, then it represents a wool furuncle. If there is a feeling of hardness and resistance during the pressing, and if the spot is sunken and does not move, it means that it is a wool furuncle. Once wool furuncle appears, its systemic manifestations such as headache, nausea, fever, chills and other symptoms are very similar to those of typhoid fever, but the treatment of the two is quite different, therefore, once the disease appears, we should seek medical treatment as soon as possible without any delay so as to avoid delaying the condition.
