What’s wrong with the thumping in the ears and the heartbeat?

Ear thumping is the same as heartbeat, which clinically belongs to tinnitus, called vascular tinnitus, that is, a kind of tinnitus related to the beating and fluctuation of blood vessels. Both belong to the fluctuation of some blood vessels around the middle ear, and the tinnitus is caused by abnormal sound that is amplified conduction. The rhythm of tinnitus is intermittent and consistent with the heartbeat and pulse, and there are arteriovenous and venous vascular tinnitus, such as arteriovenous fistula malformation, venous bulb elevation, and internal jugular vein dilation, which cause accelerated blood flow conduction and are exaggerated.
