Adenomyosis and endometriosis

(2) Danazol: made into suppositories and placed in the uterus.  3. Surgical treatment: (1) Hysteroscopic endometrial resection, which can be used for light patients less than 3.0mm.  (2) open surgery: for those who are old and have no fertility requirements, perform total hysterectomy and preserve the ovaries according to the situation; for those with small lesions and fertility requirements, excision of the lesions is feasible.
