What are the symptoms of uterine ectopic disease?

Clinically known as endometriosis, it is a common disease in women of reproductive age. The most important manifestation is lower abdominal pain, including dysmenorrhea, painful intercourse, painful bowel movements during menstruation, and cyclic pain from cesarean incision or perineal incision scars. Dysmenorrhea can be pain and swelling in the lower abdomen since the first menstruation, or it can be a gradually increasing pain, which can seriously affect women’s life and work; pain during sexual intercourse is called intercourse pain; painful defecation is manifested as difficult defecation during menstruation, unbearable pain, blood in the stool, etc.; if endometriosis occurs at the caesarean incision or perineal incision, it is manifested as a cyclical increase in the size of the incisional mass and pain. The second manifestation is infertility, which means that couples with normal sex life are unable to conceive after more than one year of pregnancy preparation. The third manifestation is abnormal menstruation, including increased menstrual flow, anemia, prolonged periods, and dribbling. Ultrasound may reveal an enlarged uterus – myometriosis – and a mass in the adnexal area – chocolate cyst. MRI will reveal a mass in the vaginal rectal diaphragm – deep endometriosis causing hydronephrosis and blood in the stool. As can be seen, there are various manifestations of endometriosis, and women with lower abdominal pain should seek medical diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible.
