A low-risk lobular solid nodule indicates that the solid nodule is not very malignant. Solid nodules in the lobes of the lungs that are low-risk are usually a sign of a higher degree of differentiation of the tissue of the solid nodule. In most cases, such nodules are benign, and the patient may have no obvious symptoms, and the nature of the nodule will not change much over a long period of time. If solid nodules in the lobes of the lungs indicate a low risk, it is usually recommended to repeat chest CT regularly to observe the changes of the nodules, and to pay attention to eating a light diet and avoiding smoking, so that no special treatment is necessary. If the symptoms such as chest pain, cough and other discomforts continue to aggravate, the size of the nodule gradually increases, and the internal lobe, burr, pleural pulling and other manifestations occur, consider the possibility of malignant transformation of the nodule, and should consult a doctor in time, and surgical resection of the diseased tissue.
