Symptomatic features of cervical cancer bleeding

Vaginal bleeding is the most common symptom of cervical cancer. The symptomatic characteristics of bleeding are related to the stage of the disease and the age group of the disease, and there are some differences, but it is often manifested as contact bleeding (i.e., vaginal bleeding after sexual life or gynecological examination) and irregular vaginal bleeding. 1. Stage of the disease: in the early stage of the disease, most of the symptoms are intermittent, painless vaginal bleeding, or a small amount of vaginal bleeding after sex and defecation; in the late stage of the disease, the symptoms may include prolonged and recurrent vaginal bleeding, and the amount of vaginal bleeding may be increased compared with that of the previous stage. 2. Age group: Generally, in addition to the above mentioned manifestations, young patients with this disease may also manifest prolonged menstrual period and increased menstrual flow; while older patients often manifest irregular vaginal bleeding after menopause. In addition to vaginal bleeding, most patients with this disease may also have white or bloody, thin, watery or rice-slop-like vaginal discharge with a fishy odor, while patients with advanced stage may have a large amount of rice-slop-like or purulent smelly leukorrhea due to the necrosis of cancerous tissues accompanied by infection. If the above symptoms occur for a long time, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to avoid delaying the condition.
