In clinical practice, there are mainly the following methods of exercise for supraspinatus muscle injury: lifting dumbbells, arm rotation inward and outward training, arm rotation anterior and posterior training, and resistance training method. 1. Dumbbell lifting method: the patient’s injured shoulder holding dumbbells, do straight arm small range of adduction, 15 times per group, with a 30-second interval, a total of four groups. 2. Arm rotation internal rotation external training: the patient lies on his back, the arm of the injured shoulder bends the elbow to 90 °, the upper arm is clamped, and the palm is turned inward. Hold the strip of leather in your hand and do the shoulder joint rotation and rotation resistance exercise respectively. Rotate inward and rotate outward 20 times each, alternately, counted as 1 group, each group interval 30 seconds, a total of 4 groups. 3. Arm rotation anterior and posterior training: the patient lies on his back, the arm of the injured shoulder is abducted about 90°, the elbow is flexed to 90°, the palm is forward, and the anterior and posterior rotation of the strip of leather resistance exercises are done respectively. Pre-rotation and post-rotation 20 times each, alternately, counting 1 group, 30 seconds between each group, a total of 4 groups. 4. Resistance training method: patients lying on their backs, injured shoulder of the upper limb elevated, perpendicular to the body, to do resistance exercises (to resist the rehabilitation personnel from all aspects of resistance to maintain the arm perpendicular to the body), each group of 60 seconds, with an interval of 45 seconds, a total of 4 groups.
