How to exercise to recover from gallbladder polyps

Gallbladder polyps cannot be recovered by exercise, so there is no such thing as exercise to recover gallbladder polyps.
Gallbladder polyp is a protruding or bulging lesion of the gallbladder wall into the gallbladder cavity. If the patient does not show obvious symptoms, no special treatment is needed, but he should go to the hospital for regular review.
If gallbladder polyps show obvious symptoms, such as occasional pain in the upper abdomen, nausea, vomiting, etc., the gallbladder can be removed surgically to achieve the goal of eradication. However, there is no clinical claim that exercise can bring back gallbladder polyps because they are not self-healing.
Although exercise does not cure gallbladder polyps, proper exercise is extremely beneficial to health and should be promoted.
