Primary bronchial lung cancer is the first and second highest incidence rate of malignant tumors among men and women in the world, and it is also the first malignant tumor with the highest mortality rate. The first influencing factor is smoking, no matter smoking first-hand or second-hand, it is easy to lead to lung cancer, followed by environmental pollution, and genetic factors and so on have a certain relationship. Primary bronchial lung cancer is categorized into non-small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer from the pathological point of view. Non-small cell lung cancer accounts for about %80 of lung cancer and small cell lung cancer accounts for about 20%. Within non-small cell lung cancer, it is further divided into adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma, the two main pathological types. At present, surgery is the main treatment for non-small cell lung cancer, and chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy are used according to the pathology after surgery. In advanced stage or locally advanced stage, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy are mainly used.
