There is a hard lump above the breast, pain on pressure, it is recommended to do breast ultrasound or mammogram for clear diagnosis. Consider breast hyperplasia, may also be fat accumulation, breast fibroma, need to do further ultrasound to see how to describe, as follows: 1, if it is simple tough texture, clear boundaries, consider breast hyperplasia; 2, if the description is moderately hard, tough texture, clear boundaries with peripheral membrane, consider breast fibroma; 3, if the boundary is not clear, poor mobility, adhesion or calcification, then highly suspicious of malignant possibilities. Cytologic puncture is needed to make a clear diagnosis.
