Patient, male, 51 years old. Low back pain with right lower limb pain and numbness for six months. Recurring episodes. Took acupuncture, physiotherapy, injection, medicine, infusion and other methods, but the effect was not obvious. He was admitted to the hospital with pain, could not turn over, could not walk on the floor, could not sleep normally, and needed big analgesic-hypnotic drugs. he received surgery in July 11.
