Life Gate, waist Yang Guan, Zhi Yang are in the rear center line, respectively located in the second lumbar vertebrae, the fourth lumbar vertebrae, the seventh thoracic vertebrae under the spinous process, the application of these three points can be warming the yang, dispersal of cold and dampness, tonifying the kidneys and cultivating vitality.
Guanyuan is three inches below the umbilicus, on the front center line. Applying this point can warm the kidneys and consolidate essence, replenish qi and restore yang, regulate Chong Ren, and regulate qi and blood.
Foot Sanli is on the lateral side of the lower leg, 3 inches below the calf’s nose, 1 transverse finger outside the anterior ridge of the tibia, on the line between the calf’s nose and Xiexi. Applying this point can strengthen the spleen and the stomach, and support Zheng and Peiyuan (cultivate and consolidate the body’s positive qi).
Yinlingquan is located on the inner side of the lower leg, in the depression between the lower edge of the medial tibial condyle and the medial edge of the tibia. Applying this point can strengthen the spleen and seep away dampness, and benefit the kidney and consolidate essence.
