The vast majority of nephritis patients will not have low back pain, only the following two conditions may occur: i. Mild enlargement of the kidney in the early stage of certain types of nephritis can cause perineural tension, which leads to mild soreness. Second, the combination of urinary tract infection, especially acute pyelonephritis, may appear back pain. More common diseases that present with low back pain are urinary stones, renal abscess, perinephric abscess, urinary malignancy, acute pyelonephritis, lumbar muscle strain, lumbar disc herniation and so on. It is recommended to go to the hospital to check the urine routine, ultrasound of the urinary system, and do blood routine and CT of the urinary system if necessary.
