Female vaginal examination includes the following items: first, vaginal examination to find out whether the vaginal mucosa is normal, whether there is congestive condition, whether there are localized fatty organisms, whether the vaginal secretion is normal, whether there is purulent secretion, bloody secretion. The vaginal wall is not formed by fatty organisms, and the vaginal development is normal. Secondly, to find out whether the cervix is developing normally, whether there are any cervical surface with cumbersome organisms, whether the size of the cervix is normal, whether there is any purulent discharge coming from the cervical canal and to find out whether there are any cervical cumbersome organisms present and to recommend routine leukorrhea tests. Tests for mycoplasma and chlamydia should be done if necessary. If there is purulent discharge from the cervical canal, a bacterial culture with drug sensitivity testing is needed, and screening for cervical cancer is also indicated.
