Buzzing in the right ear without pain may be related to cerumen impaction, noisy tinnitus, secretory otitis media and other diseases.
1. Cerumen impaction: Due to excessive secretion of cerumen glands in the right ear canal and poor drainage, cerumen is formed into an embolism, and the blockage of the ear canal may cause buzzing without pain.
2. Noise tinnitus: under long-term noise stimulation, chronic damage can be caused to the right inner ear tissues or auditory nerve, causing abnormal discharge of the auditory nerve or the auditory center due to hearing loss and compensatory tinnitus, which results in the symptom of buzzing but no pain in the right ear.
3. Secretory otitis media: negative pressure and fluid accumulation in the middle ear due to infection of the right Eustachian tube pathway, allergy or compression of tissues around the Eustachian tube can cause buzzing in the right ear without pain.
Buzzing but no pain in the right ear may also be caused by other reasons such as sudden deafness, it is recommended to actively seek medical attention and systematic examination to clarify the diagnosis and causes.
