What are the benefits of being upside down every morning

Inversions every morning can contribute to continued healthy exercise by developing strength in the upper body muscle groups, strength in the core muscle groups, and balance through exercise, and can build a sense of accomplishment in exercise. However, there is no scientific basis for the benefits of inversions to prove that they are healthier or more beneficial than other exercises. On the contrary, inversions are inappropriate in certain populations, such as those with head disease, high blood pressure or eye disease, and inversions may cause bleeding in the brain, elevated blood pressure and increased blood congestion or eye pressure, or even bring about adverse consequences.
