Repaglinide tablets are short-acting insulin stimulants and are usually recommended to be taken 2-3 times a day, 30 minutes before a meal, or not if no meal is taken. Repaglinide tablets are commonly used in clinical hypoglycemic drugs, often used in patients with type 2 diabetes whose life, diet and exercise are still unsatisfactory, and who are not well controlled by metformin alone, with relatively fast glucose-lowering speed and short duration of action. If there is no meal, it is not recommended to take it, so as to avoid hypoglycemia due to the rapid drop of blood sugar in a short period of time. Some patients may experience elevated transaminases, gastrointestinal irritation and skin rash when taking the drug. If the patient does not tolerate the drug, it is recommended to consult the doctor whether to change the drug treatment.
