Mild uterine prolapse pelvic floor muscle training usually needs to be adhered to for at least 3 to 6 months.
Uterine prolapse is most often caused by pelvic floor dysfunction. The most common causes of pelvic floor dysfunction are multiple pregnancies, childbirth, and gradual aging.
Mild prolapse of the uterus can be helped by pelvic floor muscle exercises to help reposition the uterus. Kegel exercises can be used to exercise vaginal and anal contractions, and avoid prolonged squatting, which can increase abdominal pressure and aggravate uterine prolapse.
Mild uterine prolapse should first go to the hospital for assessment of pelvic floor function, and then perform pelvic floor training to repair pelvic floor function, which needs to last at least 3 to 6 months, and short-term effect is not obvious.
