Is there a best food to replenish the vital energy of the five organs?

There is no recognized best food to tonify the Qi of the five organs. Foods that can replenish the qi of the five organs include: astragalus, longan meat, Chinese yam, jujube, ginseng and wolfberry.
Astragalus can replenish qi and elevate yang, stabilize the surface to stop sweating (stop sweating by consolidating the surface of the muscle), promote diuresis to reduce swelling, promote the production of fluid and nourish the blood, move stagnation and paralysis (to make paralyzed meridians smooth), support the toxin to drain pus (to drain pus and poison out of the body), and astringent sores to regenerate the muscle (to help sores to heal more quickly, and to promote the growth of new flesh).
